At the Animal Defense League of Texas, we’re passionate about inspiring responsible pet ownership and building a community of animal advocates! That’s why we offer educational tours of our campus for schools, youth organizations, and community groups. These tours are interactive, engaging, and designed to leave a lasting impression on animal lovers of all ages.
Bring your group of up to 20 to our campus and get an up-close look at how San Antonio’s oldest no-kill shelter makes a difference in the lives of pets. During the tour, we’ll dive into essential topics like proper pet care, cat and dog behavior. We’ll also share ADL’s mission and show you how you can play a part in supporting our lifesaving work!
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the support of our community to continue helping pets in need. For this reason, we charge a $10/person fee for educational tours, which goes directly toward supporting our programs and the care of our furry residents. Once your tour has been confirmed and scheduled, an invoice for the fee will be sent to the main point of contact. Please note- this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
