Aries is a 5 year old, Boxer mix who came to ADL on January 30, 2019. As you can see from his before photo, he was obviously emaciated. Our veterinary team performed a variety of diagnostics to assess his overall health. Bloodwork (a complete blood count and chemistry panel) were within normal limits, and did not show any evidence of organ dysfunction. Meet Henry—a 7-year-old Akita mix, who came into ADL’s care on March 17, 2016. When Henry was brought to ADL by a good Samaritan he was noticeably ill, coughing and wheezing.
