Hi, I'm Emerald – your sweet, playful shadow! My shelter friends call me "Emmy." I'm a beautiful 6-year-old girl with lots of love to give, and I'm here to prove that 6 is a pretty wonderful age. I still enjoy having fun, but I also know how to relax and enjoy the quieter moments with my people. I love to play! Toss a ball and you might see me light up with excitement as I chase it and stretch my legs. Spending time having fun with my people is one of my favorite things. But after playtime? I'm happiest just being close to the humans I love. Whether I'm relaxing nearby, keeping you company, or soaking up some cuddle time, I just enjoy being part of the moment. The shelter team says I have such a sweet, gentle spirit, and I'm ready to find a family who sees just how special I am.
