Free Pet Vaccination & Microchip Events

The Animal Defense League of Texas and San Antonio Animal Care Services host a monthly pet vaccination and microchip event!

The best part?

All services are FREE for residents who reside within one of the ten COSA city districts.

A valid ID with a current San Antonio address is required for service.

We are hosting these events in targeted neighborhoods that have historically been undersourced for veterinary services, as
we aim to ensure the pets in our communities receive the essential care for a happy, healthy life.

What’s included: Free vaccines and microchips.
What to expect: Clinic services are available for San Antonio residents only. Limit to 100 pets served, 3 pets per household. All services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
For your pets: All canines must remain on a leash or in a carrier. All felines must remain in a carrier, one adult or two kittens per carrier. Each eligible pet, 12 weeks or older, will receive a 1-year Rabies vaccine. DHPP and Bordetella vaccines will be provided for canines. FVRCP vaccines will be provided for felines. Each pet receiving services must be microchipped or will receive a microchip at the time of service.
