To ensure every pet in our care has safe and appropriate housing, Foster Intake requests are available by appointment only. This includes kittens or puppies under eight weeks old or under two pounds, as well as pregnant or nursing moms with babies. Please complete the intake form as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Missing or incorrect information may delay the process. Once submitted, a member of our foster team will contact you soon.

    I acknowledge that submitting a request for intake does not guarantee this pet will be accepted for intake at the Animal Defense League. All intakes are scheduled by appointment based on housing availability. A confirmation email from our intake department is required to ensure they are on the schedule.(Required)
