Help Gwen

Gwen came in as a stray with her mother and siblings on September 15, 2021. Gwen was the smallest of the litter, and appeared healthy on intake. It was noted that Gwen had a grade 6/6 heart murmur under sedation. A heart murmur on a pet this young usually indicates a genetic defect. Upon her echocardiogram exam with Sonovet, she was diagnosed with Patent Ductus Arteriosus also known as PDA. If not corrected, Gwen is at risk of developing progressive heart enlargement and heart failure.

$2,500 is needed for Gwen to receive this life-saving surgery and we need your help. She may be small, but you can make a BIG difference!
