About Our Pet Champion Program
This exciting program gives our young animal lovers (3-11) a chance to dive into the world of pet advocacy and make a difference! Learn all about our life-saving mission, discover the importance responsible pet ownership, and help socialize our pets! Plus, you’ll get to volunteer with your parents and be apart of a paws-itively amazing experience!
The Pet Champion one-time fee of $40 por niño incluye:
– A specially designed Pet Champion volunteer t-shirt
– Orientation and tour of the campus
– A monthly newsletter sent to the Pet Champion parents including ADL news, events, and ways to stay involved!
Pet Champion Activities Include:
– Reading to the pets
– Writing about/ drawing our pets
– Socialization and enrichment
– Pet Champion DUO shifts which include dog walking and cattery cleaning: parent/gaurdian of the Pet Champion must be a registered volunteer to be eligible for DUO!
– Monthly Paw Parties
To sign your child up to become an ADL Pet Champion, view the orientation calendar below, choose a date, your child’s t-shirt size, make them a volunteer profile, then checkout!
