More about me
Hi, I’m Nora! I was brought to ADL earlier this year in March and I was very scared when I arrived. I didn’t know anyone, and I didn’t understand why I was here. I was so shy around everyone! It took some time but I eventually realized that everyone here is just trying to take care of me and help me find a forever home. I’ve surprised lots of people around here because I am now starting to break out of my shell and smile around people. I’ve learned to trust those who I’ve gotten to know, especially the ones who spoil me with tasty treats! Oooo treats! I will happily sit and give you all my attention for a yummy snack! I enjoy playing and running outdoors but I can’t be out in the sun for too long. Why’s that? Well, I have an autoimmune disease called Discoid lupus erythematosu (DLE) which usually affects the skin of the face, ears, and areas around the eyes. The sun can actually worsen this condition, so that’s why I must limit my sun exposure. DLE can be easy to treat by limiting my sun exposure, keeping an eye on any changes in my skin, and giving me supplements such as vitamin E. I’m looking for a special person who’ll be willing to give me a chance! I prefer a home with no kitties and if you have a furry sibling for me, I would like to meet them first. If you think you have the perfect home for me, come see me today!
I'm currently being fostered but still need a home! If you would like to meet me, email email@example.com for more details.
