More about me
Hi, I’m Annie! I was found wandering around a neighborhood for several days with nowhere to go. Eventually the Sheriff’s department brought me to ADL to look for a home. I was not in the greatest shape! I had a mass hanging from my abdomen, fleas, and heartworms. The ADL animal hospital took radiographs and discovered a quarter sized nodule in my lung which developed into pulmonary metastasis (basically a cancer that started in another part of the body and spread to the lungs). The mass on my abdomen was malignant and has been removed. I am currently going through heartworm treatment and the cost is covered by ADL. I know that what I’ve gone through all sounds so scary! However, what I’m going through has not stopped me from being the sweet, calm, and loving furry friend to everyone that I meet. I’m hopeful that my person will come into my life soon and give me the chance to be their loyal loving friend. If you believe you could be the person for me, then please give me the chance to win your heart over!
I'm currently being fostered but still need a home! If you would like to meet me, email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
