Do you wish to plan an event to benefit ADL or would you like ADL to attend your function?
For events benefitting ADL please fill out our BENEFIT EVENT FORM and email it to pcervera@adltexas.org or fax it to the attention of Peggy Cervera at 210-655-4498.
For functions that you would like ADL to attend please fill out our SPECIAL EVENTS FORM and email it to jsavell@adltexas.org or fax it to the attention of Joely Savell at 210-655-4498.
Note: We need to have the form one month before the event is to take place!
Class Projects
As part of our community involvement, ADL does participate in class projects for the different schools and universities in San Antonio. However, as a non-profit organization with few resources we must limit the number of projects we can participate in per semester. Below find the guidelines we have for projects that ADL can participate in. For any groups that would like to include ADL in a class project please fill out our SPECIAL EVENTS FORM and email it to pcervera@adltexas.org or fax it to the attention of Peggy Cervera at 210-655-4498.
Note: We need to have the above forms one month before the event is to take place!
• Pet adoptions will be considered for “pet events”.
• No financial support provided on behalf of ADL
• Very limited ADL staff support provided for events
• Group members must set up appointments to meet with staff for any project-related visit to ADL.
