This Veterans Day (November 11), the Animal Defense League is honored to host a celebration of thanks for America’s heroes. In recognition of America’s heroes, ADL will be offering dog and cat adoption discounts to all active duty, retired military and active reserves. The event will take place November 10th through the 12th.
As part of the event, all of our military personnel will be able to adopt any dog over the age of four months for just $40, all cats over four months of age for $10 and kittens under four months of age can be adopted for only $20.
In addition to recognizing our country’s veterans, ADL will also be honoring some of our long-term or ‘veteran’ shelter dogs. These are wonderful and loving dogs that have been waiting for a good family to provide them their forever home. These select dogs will be available to adopt for the reduced adoption fee of $25.
The Animal Defense League invites all of our military personnel to visit the shelter this weekend and see the many beautiful dogs and cats in search of their forever home. All ADL pets are spayed or neutered, micro chipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Adopters will receive a free bag of premium pet food and two free tickets to SeaWorld. The ADL Adoption Center is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Animal Defense League thanks all of the men, women and service animals who have served and serve today, in tangible and important ways.
